While it's not stated, it's implied that when Haruhi gained her powers Nagato was born shortly (maybe immediately) after.As this was during the Tanabata festival, we can assume that her birthday is July 7th. Going by the anime which, according to the days and dates provided in the series, takes place three years in the future (of when it aired), that would mean that she was born in 2006.
