You play as Kyon in this game and you can also date the other characters, even if it is not the main objective. So, if Koizumi is staring at you, he is staring at Kyon.

It is also possible that some pictures had been stolen for a dôjin game, but it originally comes from the ps2 game!

I don't think that would happen officially... at least in the novel, Itsuki's character development is treated pretty seriously, even when Kyon is mentally nagging near him.
Besides, if it were official, I don't think he would declare his feelings to Kyon (the author would only drop random clues so that the smarter readers could get them...) oh, and the same goes if he were in love of Haruhi/Mikuru/Yuki... all due to his "mask"

The novel shouldn't go that way because of his Crowning Moment of Awesome when he declared that if something will be destructive to Yuki Nagato, no matter how good it will be for the Organisation, he will side with Kyon and help Yuki. He reminded Kyon of his promise in the novel that followed and Kyon reminded him again (or the other way around, I don't remember) in the last novel that came out.
