The DVD on sale at the end of the trailer was not the DVD for Disappearance, it was a DVD for the orchestral concert that was done a while back.

There is still no release date for a DVD in Japan, and because the movie is still in theatres, I doubt there will be for some time still.

Can someone at least tell me how the movie is filmed? I am confused by the spoiler trailer

I speculate that the plot is normal until they get to where the vaccine gun is given to Mikuru (large) then shows the world (imaginary) for the three days before. Then comes the part where he confronts Yuki and gets stabbed and faints and what not. The thing that throws me off is Yuki at the library alone (not as much) and Kyon holding a silent finger up to the two girls.

Are you asking about the plot of the movie? Because... the book of which the movie is based off of has been out and fan-translated fro years. And all reports say that the movie is pretty much exactly like the book. So... maybe lurk more before asking?

I seen the spoiler trailers and there was a lot that i don't remember reading in the book, like Haruhi in a bunny suit and Kyon returning to school after going to alt. world. Also there is Yuki and Kyon in what appears to be in a train station

That was the scene of Kyon's internal struggle, when facing the Yuki who just transformed the world, and deciding whether or not he truely wants it back. All those scenes happen metaphorically, as right after they're returned to the street in front of the schoo, with Kyon, Asahina(big) and Alt-Yuki
