The Digital Lover series might be pretty close, it seems to borrow ideas and themes from Disappearance.

Yeah, I'm personally sick of plotless hentai (an oxymoron? Whatever). You've seen one, you've seen them all. I second the "Digital Lover" recommendation. You could also check out "Koi suru Haruhi wa setsunakute, Kyon wo omou to sugu ecchi shichau no". Long title, but there's more heart and humor to the stories than most (the pic at the end of Haruhi and Kyon relaxing naked in his bathtub is more cute and sexy than any naked, violated Mikuru with jugs the size of barrels). There's also one that's based on episode 14 where Kyon and Haruhi are stuck in the school in closed space and Haruhi imagines a tentacle thing that forces her and Kyon to have sex. Kind of funny. Can't remember the title, though.

I have seen that "Konayuki Romance", around before, but agreed that it is one of the few books that has a plot aside from "boy meets girl, boy fucks girl". I'm guessing it might be from book four or seven, since that is where there is the most time travel involved.
After combing through my doujin collection (trimmed down to less than one-fourth its original size after I got rid of all the badly-drawn/rape/OOC/pointless-orgy/lesser-quality ones), I recommend "Toriaezu", a well-drawn Yuki/Kyon doujin based on events from "The Disappearance", and "Bunny Tail no Kanojo", a ponytail!Haruhi/Kyon which presumably takes place after episode 14.>>Generally I find Yuki-centered doujin to be more plotdriven than others for SHnY. I noticed that too. Which is why most of the remaining ones in my collection are Yuki/Kyon.
I guess this is as good a thread as any to ask, but are there any other good femdom-ish Haruhi doujinshi like the one in the OP picture? Such as where Haruhi or some other female dominates Kyon or another male?
