Sorry to be the tell you this but this isn't a doujin. Its a short comic on a KyonxItsuki site.

Methinks it take place during a chapter called'Snow Mountain Syndrome'. Well, it doesn't really happen, buts its more or less implied (not the real Kyon by the way, evil clone)

Yes, this is a fictional representation of what happened during the Snow Mountain Syndrome. During this chapter "Clones" visted each of the club members' rooms and tried to seduce them, apparently. We were able to witness Mikuru attempting to seduce Kyon. We also know that the clone of Kyon went into Haruhi and Yuki's room. Haruhi went into Mikuru's room, and Itsuki claimed that a clone of Kyon came into his room and tried to do things that the real Kyon wouldn't do, even if he were insane.
