Rare Heroes has two stories. First is foursome between Kyon, Yuki, Ryoko, and Emiri. Second story is Kyon/Haruhi.

Actually, I was wrong. Melonbooks did have this one. The only problem... the last date it was restocked was August 21, 2006. So this might be out there somewhere. But people just might not have been willing to destroy a copy to get it online. Such a shame.
